8 years boy resident of Afghanistan initially treated In Pakistan undiagnosed went To Dubai for further treatment .He was diagnosed with rarest Primary HLH (Hemophagocytic Lymphohystiocytosis) and started with the treatment in Dubai.
His Genetic Test showed UNC 13D mutation, rarest mutation reported in only 150 individuals in the world. The unlucky Parents have lost their Elder Son to the Same disease. He travelled to Mumbai with loss of the left eye vision, diminishing vision of right eye and deafness which clearly showed fast progression of disease to CNS (Central Nervous System/Brain). The definitive line of management was Nothing but Bone marrow transplant at the earliest, life saving though with poor prognosis. Funds has been raised for his treatment Via Crowdfunding and he underwent Allogenic Stem Cell Transplant with his Real sister as a Stem Cell Donor.
He had multiple known complications and after a stringent strict great care and Hospitalization of 3 Months he went home happily with improved right eye vision and hearing.
The parents expressed their huge gratitude towards Our BMT Team at HCG hospital and left India happily with their Son 😊
22 years young bright Engineering Student was getting recurrent fever and continuous weight loss. She got diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia on Bone Marrow Aspiration Biopsy and Molecular testing.
She has got 2 Induction Chemotherapies in One of the Cancer centre. After one more Induction Chemotherapy with Dr Suraj Chiraniya she was Diagnosed With Primary Refractory Acute Myeloid Leukaemia. As this young Girl was not left with any other option except Bone Marrow Transplant, She underwent Allogenic Stem Cell Transplant successfully with Her Real Sister as her Stem Cell Donor. She has all together got a New life on the auspicious Day of Diwali 13/11/20.

22 years young professional photographer diagnosed with Early T cell precursor Acute lymphoblastic Leukemia was treated in one of the Cancer centre with BFM Chemotherapy protocol. He could not achieve Minimal Residual Disease (MRD).
He came to us with this and we gave him Salvage Chemotherapy, he achieved Minimal Residual Disease and His MRD became negative. Followed by which he needed Stem cell Transplant. Due to lack of Full Match Stem cell donor, we decided to proceed with Haplo Identical Stem Cell Donor (half match sibling).
As all know the Haplo Identical Transplant has a turbulent course, this patient has smooth course with engraftment on 16 th day. He resumed his professional photography after 6 months of transplant 😊
39 year old, an Engineer and a Gentleman from Dubai, UAE diagnosed with Rare Cancer POEMS-Polyneuropathy Organomegaly Endorinopathy M-Band Skinchanges, the incidence of this disease being 0.3 in 1million. He was given Borteozomib based Chemotherapy in Dubai, his disease progressed and he came to Mumbai with progressive weakness of both lower limbs on wheelchair with Neuropathy.
He got Salvage chemotherapy followed by Bone Marrow transplant successfully.

21 year old Student Stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma dint respond to Conventional (ABVD) chemotherapy. He had progression of the disease on Second Line Chemotherapy as well in one of the Cancer Centre. Usually Hodgkin’s lymphoma has good prognosis but sadly he was a poor Responder.
He was given last trial of Third Line Intensive Salvage Chemotherapy and he achieved Partial Remission of the Disease. (1st good sign)
He underwent Autologous Stem Cell Transplant (with his own stem cells) successfully. He achieved Complete Remission of the Disease after 6 weeks. He finished his graduation recently with flying colors ☺️
